On June 15, Director, Center for Security, Strategy and Policy Research(CSSPR) held a one-on-one conversation with preeminent U.S. scholar, Dr. Ashley Tellis. The ongoing Sino-Indo standoff in Ladakh, U.S. role as a crisis manager in it, the future of stability in South Asia, and the evolving dynamics of Indo-US and US-Sino relations were discussed in the conversation. Tellis also discussed India’s concept of a two-front war. He predicted that ties between India and the US will strengthen due to the latter’s hostility towards China, while recommending Washington three options to counter the growing ascendancy of Beijing.
