CSSPR hosted Director General, Arms Control and Disarmament Affairs, Strategic Plans Division(SPD), Brig. Zahir Kazmi for a talk entitled “Nuclear Weapons & The Balance of Power”. Brig. Kazmi discussed the theory of Balance of Power and analyzed how nuclear weapons have affected it. The session was attended by the faculty and students of the School of Integrated Social Sciences(SISS).
